We believe in transparency and traceability right from farm to shelf, and our ethos is built on the premise of paying heed to the requirements of the entire value chain. We procure our materials directly from farmers on a contract basis which forms a mutually beneficial and economically viable scenario. Our farmers are periodically trained in GAPs (Good Agricultural Practices) and optimally productive agricultural tools, digital connectivity, and logistics.
We have an in-house bio-fertilizer facility which utilizes compost and plant waste to produce organic fertilizers. We conduct periodic camps to enlighten farmers about the benefits of using bio fertilizers and guide them in creating their own chemical-free fertilizers in an efficient manner.
There is a constant collaborative effort to reach out to all our stakeholders and supply chain to create an environment where there is progress in both awareness as well as economy.
As a fast-growing company, we pay close attention to our carbon footprint and natural resource consumption and strive to create an environment that is mindful of utilizing natural resources with prudence.000
To this end, we have initiated various protocols such as ZLD (zero liquid discharge) in our factory and water recycling units wherever permissible.
We process waste materials such as mango kernel, sal seed and kokum oil to obtain useable fats such as CBE and coco butter substitutes. We have a dedicated team that closely monitors our resource statistics to record resource management and advances in their potential. Drip irrigation and soil health conservation are some of our top priorities. Erosion control, mulching, and composting have yielded great benefits in our ecosystem.
